Material reception inspection
Measurement of the grain sizes and determination of the carbon content ensure the highest quality right from the beginning. Absolute purity is just as important with mixing.
A fully automatic dosing system and a closed loop from the attritors through the sieve and pump systems guarantee the highest possible purity of our products.
Quality Assurance:
The condition of the grain structure (grain size, carbide and cobalt distribution) is controlled and photographed in the metal microscope. Ultrasonic measurements are carried out on different carbide parts.
We want our name to be a guarantee of top quality in the carbide industry.
Final Inspection:
Final inspection: The bending strength test device determines the toughness of the hardmetal produced. The hardness testing device operates on the basis of the Rockwell and the Vickers procedures. Coercitive field strength measurements are used to determine the fineness of the grain structure after sintering.
Together with the most important component of our final inspection the measurement of the magnetic saturation, all sources of errors can be excluded.
As a result, we are in the position to offer our customers top quality hardmetals which are unequalled in precision and quality.
