Extrusion Team
Our monostatic presses produce solid rods until diameter 48 mm from hard metal powder.
Mr. Helmut Fraas

We are completely self-sufficient in tool construction: From the electrode engraving through to circular grinding in top precision quality, we can fulfil all orders for our pressing tool construction completely independently. This is a major advantage when speed is involved.
Mr. Reiner Kaiser

Three high tech vacuum sintering systems guarantee a monthly carbide production of top quality. This capacity also permits prompt completion of large orders. The computer controlled vacuum sintering system (with advantages in the binder removal and the gas mixture) as well as state-of-the-art rapid cooling systems save considerably time and money.
Quality Improvement
The high temperature isostatic system compresses sintered carbide to improve their toughness and charge their magnetic saturation specifically. After sintering and high temperature isostatic compression (HIP), the carbide parts are straightened fully automatically.
